Gabrielle Griffin is a Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Men’s Health Athens. She has worked in the hospital setting for the past 15 years, witnessing first-hand the devastating consequences of chronic disease. When she began studying functional medicine, she couldn’t get enough. Nutrition as medicine; gut health and its effect on the immune system, metabolism, and mental health; environmental toxin exposure and how to detox naturally; and using lifestyle modifications to prevent disease. This study began to shed light on her own health journey, and she set out to become the type of provider she would want to see, with a passion for wellness and disease prevention through functional and integrative medicine.
